Ponder all of your problems and anxieties during that time so that they will not distract you during work or moments of pleasure. This way you can be extremely efficient with your time and avoid focusing on negative things as much as possible.

Not only this makes your brain sharp and your memory functioning on the top level, it can also help you focus easily on everyday tasks or projects.

Get enough sleep.

Sleep boosts your concentration, attention, decision-making skills, creativity, social skills, and health, and decreases mood fluctuations, stress, anger, and impulsiveness what makes you more productive.

When you remember how much you loved a certain activity you’ll have a rush of positive feelings. Take some time to explore what old hobby you can pick up.

Sit in a sauna.

Sweating helps your body release any toxins it might be holding in. When you release toxins your body has more room to function properly and with higher energy levels.

Eat 2-3 whole food meals a day.

Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner based on proteins and fats with some greens, as big as you want but without overeating. Start with breakfast which you eat maximum 30min from waking up and avoid missing it. If you feel hungry between these meals it means you haven’t eaten enough proteins (meat, fish, eggs) at last meal.

Even 10 minutes ago is the past. If you live purely in this moment you will always be happy because there is nothing wrong in this split-second. Use some breathing technique to enter the present moment more easily.
