Instead of focusing on doing more things, focus on doing the right things. Find tasks that are aligned with what you care about, so you know why you want to accomplish the things you’re doing.

Use the Pareto Principle or the 80/20 Rule.

Named after the Italian economist, Vilfredo Pareto, the rule essentially means that 80 percent of your results comes from 20 percent of your efforts. For example: 80 percent of your time is spent on 20 percent of your to-do list, so keep the important things at the top of the list where you’ll spend 80 percent of your time.

Take a cold shower.

When you wake up in the morning take a cold shower right away. This will shock your body into starting its day. You will instantly feel more energized. It has also many health benefits like strengthening your immune system and speeding up metabolism.

Eat sweet foods as you find them in nature.

In nature sugars always come with fiber, which slows their absorption and gives you a sense of satiety before you have ingested too many of it. That’s why is always better to eat whole fruit than drinking its juice. Additionally, the best option is when you eat ONLY seasonal fruits which grow only in your environment.
