Say no to commitments that zap you of your time, energy, and attention.

The best way to get more time is to not introduce unproductive activities into your life in the first place. Run more interference against taking on low-return things.

Stop multitasking.

First of all, there really is no such thing as multitasking – our brain rapidly switching back and forth between tasks and it should therefore be called serial tasking or task switching. If you want to have more attention, stop dividing it up on multiple activities. Instead of scattering your attention on two or more things, just put all of your attention on one thing.

Look back through your calendar.

Do it to see who you’ve met with over the last few months. Remind yourself which meetings gave you the most energy, motivation, happiness, and drive afterward? Schedule more meetings with those people.

Learn to focus only on the present.

The past is unchangeable so it is pointless to reflect on it unless you are making sure you do not repeat past mistakes. The future is a result of your actions today. So, learn from the past to do better in the present so that you can succeed in the future. This strategy helps you with reducing your stress for sure. Try it!

When your sleeping environment is comfortable you sleep better, making your energy levels the next day much higher. Sleep is SO important.
