Keep a list of everything you’re waiting on.

I recommend doing it to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, so you can worry a lot less about the people and things you need to stay on top of.

Let the air out of your tires every once in a while.

No one is a robot, and you shouldn’t take becoming more productive too seriously. You’ll probably even find that you become even more productive when you let the air out of your tires. Don’t binge, but make sure you reward yourself for reaching your productivity milestones.

Keep your space decluttered.

Get rid of any clutter in your life. When you’re organized it takes a lot less effort to work throughout your day. This is an amazing energy saver.

Eat all the junk food you want as long as you cook it by yourself.

If we make our sweets, fried foods, pastries etc. on our own, we know exactly how it was prepared and we do not add all the chemical additives to keep it fresh for longer.

Think positive thoughts.

When you find yourself thinking a negative thought, stop it immediately by any means necessary. Slap yourself in the face, yell something positive at the top of your lungs or jump up and down. Do whatever it takes to get back to a positive mindset as such is essential for continual happiness and success.
